Returns and Exchanges

Gulf Coast Detector provides a straightforward 30-Day Money Back Promise. Any detector or accessory may be returned or exchanged for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that it is complete, undamaged, unassembled, and still in its original, unopened packaging together with the manufacturer's warranty and instruction manual. It is your obligation to cover return postage, insurance, and any costs when returning merchandise. 

If the item is defective on arrival or if we made an error, please return the item within 14 days and we will cover return shipping.  Please contact us as we will provide a RMA for the return.

Any open or used returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be made within 30 days.  We do not accept returns outside of the return window.  

Return Procedure

To process your return or exchange, three simple steps must be completed.

*Email sales@gulfcoastdetector.com to reach us. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

*Within 48 hours, we will get in touch with you to give you return guidelines and, if necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization ID.

*Please ensure the items are safely and properly packaged before returning them to us.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit can be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of your return being received and inspected.  Please be aware that it could take an extra two to ten business days after your credit is applied, depending on your credit card company.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non refundable.
